CALEDONIA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Newly released cellphone video shows the moments before a deadly police shooting in Caledonia.

The Racine County District Attorney says an officer will not face charges in the death of Jared Nelson.

Nelson was shot during a home burglary on August 18. 

The officer says he opened fire after Nelson attacked him with a knife. 

Nelson cut the officer's head and he suffered a huge gash, requiring 23 stitches.
