Burglary Suspect Found Hiding in the Store

A burglary suspect was found hiding inside the store on 3400 block of W. Wisconsin Avenue around 2:20 AM on January 2.

The owner called and reported there was an unknown man inside.

The officers entered the store and searched the area until they found the suspect, a 19-year-old Milwaukee man, hiding into a storage area.

The suspect was taken into custody and upon reviewing the store’s surveillance video officers saw the suspect had been placing items from the store inside numerous plastic bags.
