Bucks fall short in Washington without Parker

Without Jabari Parker, the Bucks struggled in the opener of a three-game road trip in Washington, losing 115-86 Tuesday night.

Khris Middleton's 14 points and Jerryd Bayless' 13 paced the Bucks, who also got 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the previously struggling Greivis Vasquez. But the second quarter proved to be the Bucks' undoing, as the Wizards outpaced Milwaukee 37-17 in the period and the Bucks never recovered. Even a 20-8 run to start the third quarter wasn't enough to rally Milwaukee to its sixth win of the season.

The Bucks travel to Cleveland and Indiana later this week, but Parker won't play in either game as he recovers from a sprained foot.
