Brown Deer teens cited for curfew after 1 a.m. joyriding

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Three teens in driving around Brown Deer around 1:15 a.m. were cited for curfew and other offenses. A police officer pulled over the car for traffic violations.

The driver was identified as a 16-year-old boy with three male passengers ages 15, 17 and 20. 

The driver was cited for multiple traffic offenses and curfew. The 15-year-old was cited for just curfew and the 17-year-old was cited for curfew and interference prohibited. The 20-year-old was not cited.

The parents of all the boys were notified and the car was turned over to the 16-year-old's mother.

Brown Deer law states that minors cannot be out and about except for emergencies between the hours of 11 p.m and 6 a.m.
