Brown Deer Police: Man's Tires Stolen Off Car Left in Parking Lot

BROWN DEER - Brown Deer Police are investigating after an officer observed a black Dodge Charger on cinder blocks, no wheels, in a parking lot near 83rd and Teutonia over the weekend.
Contact was made with the registered owner, a 33-year-old male resident. The owner stated that the wheels were on his vehicle when he last saw it at 8:30 p.m.
The owner also stated that he had an onboard dash camera in his vehicle. The video from the camera showed a silver Dodge Caravan park next to the Charger. Two male subjects wearing all black are seen rolling the tires from the car to the van.
A report was filed and the investigation remains ongoing.
