Brown Deer Police: 33-year-old man arrested after firing shots during fight in front yard of home

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An arrest has been made in a shots fired incident over the weekend in Brown Deer.

Brown Deer Police were called to a home shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday in the 8200 block of N. 46th Street.

Officers learned that a 33-year-old man fired two shots during a fight in the front yard of a home. He was taken into custody.

No one was hit by any gunfire. A woman did receive medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries which weren't related to the shots fired, police say.

Charges are pending.
