Brown Deer man injured after being attacked for shoveling too loudly

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brown Deer Police were called to an incident outside a house near Green Bay Road and Cherrywood Lane early Thursday morning, January 3.
A 45-year-old man said he was shoveling around 5:40 a.m. when he was attacked.
The man said another resident was mad because the shoveling was loud and he hit the 45-year-old with a fist and then with a shovel.
A 31-year-old man was arrested for battery.
