Brewers player takes second random drug test this month

Milwaukee Brewers Eric Thames took his second random drug test after hitting his eleventh home run for the season on Tuesday night.

According to MLB.com’s Adam McCalvy, Thames submitted to a random drug test for the second time this month after the Brewers beat the Reds 9-1.

\"So, yeah, if people keep thinking I'm on stuff, I'll be here every day. I have lots of blood and urine,” Thames said in an interview to McCalvy.

Thames hit two home runs in the Monday’s series opener against the Reds and hit a third in the series on Tuesday.

Thames home runs set a new Brewers record for April.
