WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Students at Wauwatosa East got a visit from Milwaukee Brewers Pitcher Chase Anderson on Tuesday.
Anderson says it was a chance for him to talk to kids about the choices they make in life and how it can affect their futures.
Anderson told them about the sacrifices he made because he wanted to be a major league pitcher.
"I'm gettin' old now. To impact the younger kids to do great things in life is something I had for when I was a kid, so to kinda give back a little bit to the community I've tried to be a part of since I've been with the Milwaukee Brewers is absolutely huge."
The students at this gathering were members of Tosa East's baseball or softball programs.
They also got a chance to ask questions after Anderson's presentation.
