MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Brew Crew is getting ready for spring training.
Two moving trucks were loaded on Tuesday. They will soon take off for the team’s newly renovated spring training home, Brewers Fields of Phoenix.
The Johnsonville Famous Racing Sausages lended a helping hand in the packing. The team is bringing a lot of supplies to Arizona, including 20,000 baseballs, 1,000 bats, 300 pairs of pants, 60 cases of sunflower seeds and 20 cases of bubblegum.
Pitchers and catchers report next Wednesday. The first full team workout is scheduled for February 19.
