Brewers get swept by Cubs, fall three games behind St. Louis

CHICAGO - The Cubs rocked Matt Garza for six runs in just three innings, capping a three-game sweep with a 6-2 win Wednesday night at Wrigley Field.
The Brewers, who have now lost eight straight games, fell three games behind the Cardinals, who completed a three game sweep of the Pirates earlier Wednesday.
The Brewers and first-place Cardinals battle in a four game series at Miller Park starting Thursday night at 7:10.
