Brewers bullpen melts down in 5-1 loss at Tampa Bay

ST. PETERSBURG - The Brewers bullpen allowed four runs to the Rays in the eighth inning, breaking open a 1-1 game and sending the home team to a 5-1 win Tuesday night.


Matt Garza allowed just one run, a solo home run to Ben Zobrist, and the game was tied at 1 a piece after seven innings.


Scooter Gennett's sacrifice fly accounted for the Brewers only run. Milwaukee has scored two total runs in its last three games.
