Brewers announce new TV viewing options for 2026

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It won't be long before Milwaukee Brewers baseball is back for 2026 and on Monday, Feb. 2, we got some clarity about where fans will be able to watch games on television. The simple answer: Brewers games will be available via streaming, cable and local channels.

According to the team, fans in the Brewers home TV markets can watch all 162 regular season games on local channels, cable or satellite, or streaming like through MLB TV.

The Brewers are turning their broadcast rights over to Major League Baseball (MLB) the 2026 season, meaning games will no longer air on FanDuel Sports Network Wisconsin.

"There's obviously going to be a different streaming service subscription," said Brewers President Rick Schlesinger. "Instead of FanDuel,  they'll go to MLB. And you know as far as the specific channel on your cable system or satellite, that will change. But the fan experience of watching Brewers' games will be the same friendly talented faces that they've seen for the last several years. So there will be no change in the crew that's the talent that's broadcasting and delivering the games."

So, will this limit the Brewers payroll or trim the budget? Schlesinger says they will receive less money from MLB Media than what they anticipated with FanDuel, but he does not anticipate or worry about impact on player payroll or other operations.
