Brady Street Hit and Run Suspect Asks for More Time to Review Case

The driver who was caught on video hitting two cars on Brady Street and then driving away did not enter his expected guilty plea today.  

Instead, 30-year old Joshua Sassi switched lawyer and the newly-hired attorney will need some time to review the case. 

Sassi has told police he got scared when people approached his truck last month and that's why he drove off.

His next court date is August 4
