Michels and Kleefisch vote as the polls open
Timothy Carson, the 15 year old accused of stabbing Dezjon Taylor to death at Bradford High School in April, appeared in court Monday morning.
His attorney's were hoping to reduce his bail, which is set at $250,000.
They argued Carson has strong ties to Kenosha, having living here his entire life.
But the state said Carson is facing a charge of second degree reckless homicide and has reason to flee the area.
The judge denied the request for lower bail.
Carson will be back in court on Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
