MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Living paycheck-to-paycheck affects nearly two-thirds of Americans, with most folks saying that they are struggling to make ends meet. One local expert says that financial insecurity not only causes an everyday struggle, but it also impacts each individual's future.
