Early voting begins in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., the company that owns Boston Store, says it is closing 42 stores across the country.
The only store in Milwaukee that will close is the Boston Store clearance center on South 27th Street. A Boston Store in Beaver Dam and a Younkers store in Fond du Lac are also on the closing list.
Boston Stores at local malls like Mayfair, Bayshore, Brookfield Square, and Southridge are not affected.
The closings are part of what the company calls a comprehensive turnaround plan.
