As part of the Zoo Interchange project, the  Bluemound  Road  entrance  ramp  to  I-41  Northbound  has reopened to traffic.  This  ramp  will  open  as  an  auxiliary  lane  to  the  Watertown  Plank  Road  exit  ramp  so  traffic  wishing  to  travel  north on  I-41  will need to merge left. Traffic utilizing Hwy 100 to I-41 North should   continue   to   use   Watertown   Plank Road during peak travel times. There will be occasional ramp closures as crews work to construct the new Wisconsin Avenue bridge, over I-41, in the near future.

This ramp reopening comes following a two year closure for extensive reconstruction as part of the Zoo Interchange Project.
