Bloodied man found on the street in Kenosha not cooperating with police

Early this morning, a 30-year-old man was found at 51^st Street and 25^th Avenue in Kenosha on the ground with his head covered in blood.   According to the Kenosha Police, the victim has not cooperated with the police investigation so it is not known how the man was injured or who caused the injury.   All the Police know is that the man was struck in the head with an unknown object.  The man was taken to a local hospital and then transferred to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee for treatment of his injury.  No one is in custody and no complaint has been filed.
