MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- To help ensure local families are best equipped for the back-to-school season, Black Pride Milwaukee will host its Back-to-School Readiness Fair on Monday, Sept. 2.
Black Pride Milwaukee Founder and Executive Director Matt Hogans joined us on Thursday, Aug. 29 to preview the event that will take place at Ambition Center MKE from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The fair will provide school supplies, haircuts and other resources to help prepare students for the new academic year. Students of all ages are welcome, though student IDs are required for students over the age of 18.
