MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The decision to cancel this summer's Locust Street Festival left a lot of people disappointed. So, one local business decided to do something about it.
Black Husky Brewing hosted "Milwaukee's Worst Locust Street Festival" in place of the real thing.
It had live music, beer and a lot of food.
Black Husky's co-owner said people really look forward to the Locust Street Festival every year, and the community needed a fun event like this.
"We really felt that when the festival was canceled, it was something that wasn't good for the community. The community deserved to have Locust Street again," said Tim Eichinger, co-owner of Black Husky Brewing.
Black Husky also has not ruled out the possibility of hosting their own version of Locust Street Festival's beer fun.
