Bill Signed Requires Headlights On when Driving on Highway During Limited Visibility

Governor Scott Walker has signed an amended bill that prohibits a person from operating a motor vehicle on a highway without its lights on when weather conditions limit visibility.

The amended bill provides that only a warning notice may be issued for a violation of this new requirement for the first six months after the law takes effect.
