Big Boy celebrates 85th birthday with 85-cent burgers

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Big Boy restaurants are returning to Wisconsin for the first time since the 1990s. 

The first one will open up in just under a month on Main Street in Germantown, and on Thursday night, the owners celebrated the franchise's 85th birthday.

The event had 85-cent Big Boy double-decker burgers, live music, a car show and an appearance by the Big Boy mascot.

The Germantown restaurant is set to open on July 14.
