BIG BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Big Bend Department of Public Works Superintendent Eric Pedersen was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct, among other charges.
According to the Big Bend Police Department, Pedersen was arrested on Sept. 18, after an altercation occurred in Big Bend Village Park between him and a resident.
Pedersen was transported to the Waukesha County Jail and booked on the following charges:
- Battery
- Disorderly conduct
- Criminal damage to property
- Misconduct by a public official
An investigation is ongoing. Pedersen will appear in court on Friday.
