Beasties arrive in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-Better late than never! The new shipment of \"beasties\" arrived in Milwaukee Tuesday.

They are fiberglass sculptures made famous during a Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra fundraiser a decade ago.

The latest shipment arrived at the Delind Art Gallery in Milwaukee's East Town neighborhood.

They were delayed by flooding in Chicago after being shipped from the artist's home in New Zealand.

\"People came in here Friday and they were absolutely disappointed,\"  Pamela Brown of the Delind Gallery of Fine Art tells CBS 58 News. \"However, they were OK with it, because they've waited this long.  I mean seriously some of these people have been on my list for 6 or 7 years. They're like family.\"

The \"beasties\" that haven't already been sold will go on sale Wednesday.

We're told this could very well be the last batch for Milwaukee.
