Bayshore development secures financing

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Financing has been secured for the redevelopment at Bayshore Town Center.

Glendale's Common Council approved funding through the use of an incremental tax. 

The old mall and Boston Store will be demolished to make way for a community area, including new restaurants and businesses.

The entirety of Glendale's financing will only be paid out once a return on their investment is reached.

If all goes according to plan, the redevelopment should be finished by the end of 2020.
