Bank robbery and bomb threat: Pleasant Prairie respond to two incidents at the same time

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It was a busy day for law enforcement in Kenosha County on Friday, April 6.

According to the Pleasant Prairie Police Department, they had two active police situations in Pleasant Prairie at the same time. 

Around 12:30, officers from several departments were called to a Costo Store near 94th and Prairie Ridge for a bomb threat. 

The store was evacuated and officers on scene conducted a thorough search of the store and did not locate any explosives. 

During the same time, a Chase Bank near 39th and Springbrook was robbed, according to police. 

The suspect is described as an adult White male, between 40 and 50 years of age, 5’10-5’11, blue eyes, wearing a black sweater, black pants, black hat, surgical mask, black gloves and aviator style sunglasses.

Police say no one was injured.
