WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Bald eagle watching events are being held across the state this time of year. In fact Bald Eagle Appreciation Days just wrapped up in Prairie du Chien featuring one of the stars of the Schlitz Audubon nature center's raptor program.
