MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Amid the coronavirus pandemic, people are staying home and the Better Business Bureau says some are looking for love, and it's by getting a new pet. CBS 58 spoke with BBB Serving Wisconsin's Jim Temmer about puppy scams that are spiking during COVID-19.
