Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that happened around 1:00 AM on Tuesday, May 31 in the 1600 block of South 2nd Street. A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was shot by an unknown man.
The victim was transported to Froedtert Hospital where he died from his injuries at 5:51 AM.
The preliminary investigation has revealed the shooting may have been robbery-related.
