It's National Garlic Month! Garlic is a popular seasoning for food around the world, and it also has some health benefits.
Becky Kerkenbush is a registered dietitian and president for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She joined CBS 58 on Monday, April 18 to talk about some of the benefits of garlic and how you can incorporate it into your diet more.
