If you’ve been curious about American Sign Language, ASL I is your chance to learn basic vocabulary, use of expression, and finger spelling. Plus you’ll be introduced to Deaf culture. And, if you have already completed a beginning sign course at CCHD or elsewhere, you can register for ASL II and continue developing your vocabulary and basic conversation skills.
For those who have already taken ASL I or II or who need to refresh their ASL skills, ASL Follow-Up provides advanced conversational practice and instruction on ASL idioms, classifiers, and more.
ASL I and ASL Follow-Up will be held every Tuesday. ASL II will be held every Wednesday.
