MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With September being recognized as National Preparedness Month, the American Red Cross has made note that they are responding to nearly twice as many large disasters compared to only a decade ago.
To discuss some of the possible reasons why, as well as how the Red Cross is adapting to a changing environment, we were joined by Trevor Riggen, President of Humanitarian Services with the American Red Cross on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
