Ambulance gets stuck in snow while responding to call in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An ambulance got stuck in the snow near 53rd and Link while responding to a call on Tuesday afternoon.

It happened around 11:30 a.m. near 53rd and Link.

Another ambulance took over the call instead.

The Milwaukee Fire Department says that they've had a few issues like that today because of the snow.

In extreme cases when stuck, the Fire Department says they call DPW. The Fire Department also works with DPW to ensure main routes for them are cleared.
