On Friday morning, a sign was posted on the doors of the Menomonee Falls market alerting shoppers they will be limited to two toilet paper roll packages and two cases of water.
“I caught myself trying to beat the crowd, but I guess I didn’t beat it too much,” Shopper Trolando Wright said. “I’m just stocking up on non-perishables, some extra water, some extra tissue and stuff in case they decide to shut everything down. I want to make sure I have enough stuff to last 30-45 days in my house.”
The stores reopened on Friday at 5 a.m.
