Controversy has surrounded the 9/11 Memorial Museum even before it opened.
The decision to have a gift shop on the grounds outraged some survivors and family members or those lost.
Now some are upset for a cocktail party that was held at the museum, the 24 dollar admission fee and plans to open a restaurant.
Museum organizers say they need to make a profit since the museum costs $65 million a year to run.
As for the cocktail party, museum officials say it was to thank the workers, and families, that made the museum possible.
