76-year-old woman arrested for fifth OWI in Janesville

JANESVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 76-year-old woman is arrested for her fifth OWI after investigators say she hit a parked car.
According to Janesville Police, Sharon Rowley of Footville hit a parked car while driving in the 1700 block of S. Willard Avenue around 12:45 Sunday morning.
Officers said Rowley showed signs of impairment and was unable to perform field sobriety tests. A check of Rowley's driving record showed four prior alcohol related convictions. She was then arrested for her fifth offense OWI.
Rowley was treated for non-life threatening injuries she received during the crash and was then taken to the Rock County Jail.
