71-Year-Old Racine Man Found Safe after Silver Alert

UPDATE: Tommy Harris was found safe Sunday night.
Tommy Lee Harris has been missing from Racine since Sunday at 10:00 AM. Racine Police say Harris is likely on foot and is unable to speak due to a brain injury.
Harris is described as a 71-year-old black man with a height of 5'9", weight of 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange coat, blue jeans and brown boots.
