69-year-old dead after single-vehicle crash in Kenosha County

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Friday evening, June 27, the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office (KESO) reported to a single-vehicle crash along Highway 50th and 75th St. on the south side of the highway. 

A full-sized pickup truck exited the roadway on the south side of Highway 50 before striking a large rock and tree, causing severe damage to the truck.

The sole driver, a 69-year-old male, was fully ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The victim will not be identified at this time out of consideration for the family. 

In a press release, KESO sent out thoughts for those impacted by the crash. KESO would like to remind the community to drive the posted speed limits and be distraction-free.
