63% of UW-Madison students studied say they binge drink

A study found 63% of of full-time students studied at UW-Madison were binge drinkers. 
The Wisconsin Medical Journal reported a study of 166 full-time students at UW-Madison. The study found 76% were drinkers and among that group were 63% binge drinkers. 
The study, also, found the proximity to alcohol significantly related to the drinking behaviors. 
Nondrinkers lived nearly a half-mile further from the nearest alcohol outlet.
