59-year-old dead after fight turned shooting on Milwaukee's north side

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is in custody in connection to a fight turned deadly shooting Thursday afternoon, May 28.
Police say around 12:45 p.m., shots were fired during a fight in the area of 40th and Burleigh.
The victim, a 59-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving measures. He was identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office Friday as Chester Fisher.
A 49-year-old was arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
