MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The report from the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner says the 58-year-old man identified as Mark Jollie had a history of alcoholism and falling and was found near the patch of ice outside a Subway Restaurant.

The man was first seen by an MCTS bus driver who called 911. When paramedics arrived they started CPR but the man was pronounced dead around 7:10 a.m.

Jollie lived in the apartment complex next to the Subway.

Footage from passing MCTS buses showed that the man had fallen around 6:05 a.m. but 911 wasn't called until another bus passed at 6:25 a.m.
