50-year-old man shot in Milwaukee Tuesday night near 38th and Galena

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened just before midnight Tuesday night near 38th and Galena.
A 50-year-old man got into a fight with another person when the suspect got a gun and shot the man.
Milwaukee Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the fight and searching for the suspect.
The 50-year-old man was treated and taken to the hospital.
