UPDATE: Driver dead, 4 others ejected from vehicle during crash in Outagamie County

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin State Patrol now says the driver of the Explorer died in the crash. He has been identified as 28-year-old Jeremiah Pavlowich from Appleton.

The other four passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries.

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A single-vehicle crash is under investigation in Outagamie County.

Rescue crews responded to I-41 NB, south of Hwy 441, near Kimberly for a report of a crash. It happened just after 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2002 Ford Explorer was traveling northbound on Interstate 41. The driver of the Explorer allegedly lost control of the vehicle and it rolled in the south ditch.

All 5 occupants of the Ford Explorer were not wearing their seatbelts and were ejected during the crash., State Patrol confirms.

One of the victims is being treated for serious injuries. The other four occupants are being treated for what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The driver is facing charges of OWI Causing Injury.

The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
