44-Year-Old Seriously Wounded in Shooting

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that has left a man with serious injuries. According to the MPD, the 44-year-old man received multiple gunshot wounds in an incident that happened around 10:55 PM Thursday. The shooting occurred in the area of N 26th and W Galena Streets. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear and are under investigation. The man was transported to a local hospital where he is being treated for his wounds.
