Man killed in crash near Fond du Lac and Roosevelt, 19-year-old arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a deadly overnight crash. Police say just after midnight, two cars crashed into each other near Fond du Lac and Roosevelt.
A 39-year-old died at the scene. He's been identified as Leandre Brown of Milwaukee.
We spoke with one of the victim's friends who was visiting the crash site.
"He was too young; he was too good of a guy to go out like that. He was decent, he loved this city and the city loved him. He was legendary, he was one of a kind."
A 19-year-old male driver was arrested. Charges are pending.
