32-year-old fatally shot near 24th and Lapham, MPD investigating

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim Wednesday as 32-year-old Javier Rivera-Diaz.
Milwaukee police previously stated that the victim was 33 years old.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide after a 33-year-old was fatally shot Tuesday, May 26 at around 10:31 p.m. near 24th and Lapham.
No suspects have been identified, and the circumstances are under investigation.
