3 Car Accident Occurs in Downtown Milwaukee when Traffic Signals were Not Operating

A three car accident occurred in Downtown Milwaukee possibly due to traffic signals being out on 4th and Wells Street.
Milwaukee Police confirmed traffic lights were out when officers arrived at the scene around 10:25 AM.
An elderly man in Toyota van needed medical attention.
Police said they were injuries but not too serious.
