28-year-old shot during argument near 6th and Lapham; suspect in custody

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 28-year-old man was shot on New Year's Day near 6th and Lapham in Milwaukee.
According to police, it happened just after 3 p.m.
Officials say the victim was shot during an argument with a known suspect.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Police took a suspect into custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
