25-year-old shot while standing in front of house Tuesday evening

On Tuesday, June 20 at 6:05 PM, Milwaukee Police officers were dispatched to a shooting located in the 2200 block of North 36th Street.

A 25-year-old man was standing in front of a house when he heard a gunshot from a short distance away. The man ran for cover and then realized that he was shot.

The Fire Department provided on scene medical care for a non-life threatening gunshot wound, and then took the victim to a local hospital.
